Harris Lamb was instructed to sell the 3,155 sq ft warehouse, which includes two-storey offices and a secure yard with parking, by Euroline Time Critical Freight Ltd.

Sara Elwell of Harris Lamb’s Commercial Property Agency team, who handled the sale, said: “The unit combined warehouse and office space, along with a self-contained yard, and was located within two miles of Junction six of the M6, enabling easy nationwide logistics.

“This, teamed with a heightened demand for properties as a result of HS2 taking on a number of sites in the area meant that we were confident as we put the site on the market that we would sell it quickly,” she explained.

The successful purchaser, TES Environmental Services, is an established Birmingham-based business specialising in providing asbestos surveys, samples, encapsulation and removal operations nationwide.

Sara added: “While based in Birmingham, the company acts across the UK, and was seeking an appropriate office and storage site with excellent access links to operate from, and the Devon Street property ticked all the boxes.”
