Facilities Manager

A new role has been created to appoint an experienced Facilities Manger to work within our Property Management department. The role will be Harris Lamb’s first appointment in such a capacity and will suit an individual who is able to help build the company’s platform and processes. As well as working with a range of property management, accounts and building surveying colleagues the successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and driven to deliver excellent client service.

Commercial property experience is essential together with a relevant qualification within the Facilities Management field.

The portfolio ranges from city centre office buildings to multi-let industrial estates predominately within the Midlands albeit some further travel may be needed.


Senior Building Surveyor – Minimum of 5 years experience

A position for a dynamic and professional Surveyor to join our team of Building Surveyors and Project Managers. Dealing with a challenging cross section of work for clients across the UK there will be a good spread of Condition Survey and acquisition survey work as well as refurbishment and new build project work and monitoring.


Graduate Surveyor – Birmingham

A position has become available within the Agency Team assisting with lettings, disposals and acquisitions. We are seeking a graduate or partly qualified surveyor to assist our Birmingham team. Wider experiences are available in order to fill the requirements of the APC. Full UK driving license is essential.

Experience of retail property in particular would be beneficial. This is an existing opportunity for individuals to start out or further their career within a busy and successful professional office, with a competitive salary and benefits package.


Secretary – Birmingham

A position for a secretary has arisen at our Edgbaston office.

The successful candidate will have experience in carrying out a variety of secretarial, typing and administrative functions supporting fee earners and general work.

A property or legal background may be useful, though not essential, and applicants should be efficient coordinators with great communication skills.
