Speaking about the new addition to his team Paul commented:- “we are working on a number of new build, extension and refurbishment projects across the country and Kevin’s specialist QS skills means we can build on the service offered to clients, and really adds to our ‘hands on’ project philosophy.”
With projects for retained clients such as Dignity Funerals and Bridge Investment Properties, the Harris Lamb team are working on schemes across the Country.
Paul says:- ” The Project Management focus is on build projects with capital values between £100,000 and £10m where we work alongside clients and work with existing teams assembled or build new project teams afresh, often working alongside with our own planning consultants. We can take a job from a client’s initial visions and develop this right the way through the design and build phases to successful completion. The expansion of the project team will complement our established Building Consultancy services.”
