Andrew joined Harris Lamb in 2007 and is Head of the National Commercial Business Rates Team which is based in the Birmingham Office.

With 17 years’ experience in the commercial property market, Andrew has a proven track record of making substantial savings on behalf of his clients. 

His extensive knowledge of Business Rate Law and Valuation Practice has allowed him to maximize savings for his client, and he is recognized as specialist in dealing with Empty Property Rate charges.

His Clients are based throughout the UK include companies, PLC’s, Property Funds, private individuals, Funeral Directors, National Trade Counter Operators.

He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the Institution of Revenues and Rating Valuation.
