James has 25 years’ experience in Planning including 21 years at Harris Lamb. He advises a range of landowners, industrial, education sector, housebuilder, operator and community related clients on development control and Development Plan matters.
James is involved on a wide variety of employment, residential and mixed use planning applications overseeing their progress through the planning application process as well as undertaking appraisals of development opportunities for a range of landowners, developers and housebuilder regarding the potential of sites.
