Holly joined Harris Lamb in February 2018, heading up the newly formed Environment Department focussed on ecological support services and Environmental Impact Assessment coordination.

Holly and her team provide a wide range of ecological support services, including ecological appraisal and impact assessments, protected species surveys, biodiversity impact assessments, habitat creation, protected species licensing.  Holly has produced Environmental Statements for a wide range of developments across the UK, obtaining the IEMA EIA Quality Mark at her previous company.

Holly and her team have worked on a wide range of projects, including North Worcestershire Golf Course, Redlands Airfield, Stoneleigh Park Redevelopment, where Holly oversaw the Environmental Statement under the IEMA Quality Mark Scheme. She works with a wide range of residential and commercial clients to provide ecological support from initial land promotion, ecological assessment for planning applications, through to post consent support including discharging ecological conditions, obtaining protected species licenses, provision of ecological mitigation and site support during construction.
