Patrick is the Head of Harris Lamb Planning Consultancy team. He has over 35 years’ experience in planning and property development matters and advises a range of clients in all aspects of planning, including the identification and release of strategic planning and employment sites through the Development Plan process, the preparation and negotiation of planning applications for a wide variety of land uses and providing advice to clients with operational needs affected by the planning system.
Patrick has extensive experience as an expert witness at a range of Inquiries, Hearings and Examinations. He provides advice to clients in both the private and public sectors on a range of projects throughout England and Wales.
