Sam Kowalikjoined Harris Lamb’s Building Consultancy further to completing a Masters degree at Liverpool John Moores University in Commercial Building Surveying and gaining practical experience of site management with a residential developer.
Sam, who has just commenced the rigorous process of working towards his APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) to achieve accreditation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, said that Harris Lamb’s strong mentoring programme had been one of the key factors that attracted him to the business.
Prior to achieving his MSc in Building Surveying, Sam graduated from the University of Chester with a Business management degree, and post-graduation has worked as a contacts manager at a maintenance firm and as a trainee site manager for Countryside Properties to gain on-the-ground experience.
