New year, new faces

Harris Lamb is kicking off 2017 with the addition of two new recruits, bolstering its management and planning teams respectively.
Jonathan Aspinall joins the business an Associate Director, working as part of the business’ property management team, while Alisha Paul, who graduates from Oxford Brookes University this month, joins the business’ nine-strong planning team in her first role since completing her Masters degree in City and Regional Planning.

Jonathan formerly worked at Cushman & Wakefield LLP, where he spent eight years overseeing a team of property managers. He joins an established team of 12, and said: “I am excited to be joining a strong, local firm that is growing and has an excellent reputation within the industry.
“I can’t wait to get stuck in and get to know the team, and I’m looking forward to gaining insight from my colleagues and sharing some of the practices and knowledge I’ve built up in recent years to help us strengthen and develop the management team further over time.
Patrick Downes, Director of Planning, said he had been impressed with Alishas enthusiasm for planning and her interest in working to solve problems and help clients deliver their property and development objectives.
Alisha said: “During my time studying I have completed placements within local authorities and I was attracted to Harris Lamb because of the diversity of the work involved.
“This was a great opportunity to work with an established team with a strong reputation and a wide range of clients across the UK. Having invested heavily in its planning offering over the past 12 months, I was keen to become part of the business.”
