A Midlands upholstery business has taken on a 10-year lease at a Stourbridge warehouse as it continues to expand.

Ashley Manor, the fastest-growing sofa group in the UK, has taken on the 18,500 sq ft industrial unit on Hayes Trading Estate, Folkes Road, in addition to existing space on Pedmore Road in Dudley.

Sara Garratt, of Harris Lamb’s Agency team, oversaw the deal on behalf of the Landlord, Folkes Holdings.

“Located on a popular trading estate in the Black Country, where industrial property is in high demand, Unit 3 comprises of both warehouse and office space, has a secure yard and substantial car parking, and is five miles away from junction 3 of the M5, making it an ideal Midlands hub,” she said.

“The property was previously occupied by VEKA Recycling Ltd who have now surrendered their lease at the site following negotiating a new 10 year lease to include a break option with Ashley Manor”.
