LAUREN ALLCOAT-HATTON APPOINTED TO LEAD HARRIS LAMB’S WORCESTER OFFICE COMMERCIAL AGENCY TEAM
Harris Lamb has strengthened its Commercial and Industrial Agency department with the appointment of Lauren Allcoat-Hatton, who joins the business as a Director.
Lauren, who has 18 years’ experience within the property sector, specialising in the lettings, sales, and acquisitions of industrial and logistics land and buildings across the Midlands, will head up the business’ Worcester office Agency team.
Lauren’s property career began working within the residential lettings field in 2007, before she made the transition to commercial property in 2015, specialising in industrial assets. Further to achieving AssocRICS status in 2017, she progressed from Surveyor to Senior Associate with Fisher German LLP, prior to being made an Associate Partner last year.
Her experience within the sector has given her an extensive insight into both the supply and demand for industrial and logistics properties throughout Worcestershire and along the M5 corridor.
Neil Slade, Director, said that Lauren would be a great asset to the business: “Lauren’s knowledge of the industrial and logistics market across the wider Worcestershire market is first class and we are delighted that she is joining the team.
“Lauren has an excellent reputation throughout Worcestershire and beyond for forming strong and lasting client relationships, offering up-to-date market intelligence and delivering on client needs in her proactive manner. She is a great fit to lead operations at our Worcester office.”
Lauren said: “I was attracted to Harris Lamb for a number of reasons; primarily because of its strong reputation in the commercial property sector across the Midlands. I was particularly drawn to the firm’s diverse client base and the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial property instructions.
“I was also impressed by Harris Lamb’s growth and presence in the market, while still maintaining a personable culture. That kind of environment is important to me because I value being part of a team where you can learn from experienced professionals and contribute to delivering strong outcomes for clients.
“Finally, the role aligns well with my experience and career development in commercial property. I’m keen to continue building my expertise in the sector, and Harris Lamb felt like a place where I could both add value and keep developing professionally.”
