Acting on behalf of a private client, Harris Lamb’s Investment team negotiated the purchase of Bridgestone Tyres headquarters in Leamington Spa for an undisclosed seven-figure sum.

Building Consultancy – Cleton Business Park: Tipton

Further to planning permission being awarded to the owners of Cleton Business Park for a car park extension to the front of the park, and the construction of a new at the site, the building team was appointed to oversee the contract.

Investment – CTDI, Featherstone Road: Milton Keynes

Harris Lamb was instructed to sell a 40,000 sq ft industrial opportunity ON Featherstone Road in Milton Keynes on behalf of a private investor.

Retail – Devoncrest Poultry: Devon

The property has been unused for a number of years with a full empty property rate charge being levied by the billing authority. Harris Lamb submitted appeals requesting that the property be removed from the rating list.

Building Consultancy – Freeman (UK) Ltd: Ryton, Coventry

US-based events and exhibition company the Freeman Group instructed Harris Lamb’s Building Consultancy to oversee the design and construction of a combined European head office and logistics/fabrication warehouse, ensuring the completed building provided an impressive showcase for its capabilities.

Rating – Former GKN Site: Yate

The property became surplus to our client’s requirements and was vacated. We implemented a series of 6 week periods of occupation and secured additional periods of empty rates relief until the property was sold.

Acting for Morris Property, Harris Lamb’s Retail team was instructed to market a 1.5-acre design and build opportunity at Kings Park, Shrewsbury.

Retail – iLite: Birmingham

Appointed by luxury lighting retailer iLite to identify a suitable site for its new showroom, Harris Lamb’s Retail team acquired a prime unit in Birmingham’s prestigious Mailbox shopping centre. iLite are a Swarovski appointed retailer.

Residential – Land Sale: Ardath Road

Acting for STVA (UK), Harris Lamb’s Residential Land team was instructed to sell a 16-acre site in Kings Norton.

Agency – Land Sale: Back Lane, Congleton

Acting on behalf of a private land-owner, Harris Lamb was instructed to market a 1.8 acre plot of land in Congleton.

Residential Land – Land Sale: Hall Green Stadium

Harris Lamb’s Residential Land team advised clients European Properties Investment Ltd in the initial purchase of the former Hall Green Stadium, and the consultancy spent a number of years working to promote the site for residential use.

Investment – Lawton House: Stoke On Trent

Acting on behalf of a private client, Harris Lamb’s Investment team was instructed to place Lawton House, a 13,000sq ft property used as Headquarters to the North Staffordshire Combined NHS Trust, on the market seeking offers in excess of £1.36 million.

Investment – Nene House: Northampton

Instructed to sell a three-storey Northampton office building on behalf of an undisclosed client, Harris Lamb’s Investment team secured a sale in excess of the asking price for this commercial site.

Investment – Nexus Point: Birmingham

Acting for DTZ Investors, Harris Lamb successfully purchased a purpose-built training facility occupied by manufacturing support and training firm EEF.

Retail – Poundstretcher

Retained by discount retail chain Poundstretcher, Harris Lamb was tasked with identifying and securing UK-wide outlets for the business’ national rollout.

Rating – Rhythm Room Night Club, Hull

An established property investment and development company Revelan Group Limited instructed Harris Lamb’s Rating Department to look for avenues to reduce their rates liability on a Night Club and Premises in Hull.

Investment – Sale: Manorside Industrial Estate, Redditch

Harris Lamb’s investment team successfully disposed of Manorside Industrial Estate on behalf of an overseas property company. Having initially purchased the estate in 2013 on the client’s behalf, Harris Lamb provided a full service including property management, rating and agency for the client.

Building Consultancy – Sea Products International: 62 Ravenhurst

The Building Consultancy team was tasked with project managing an extensive refurbishment at the new Birmingham headquarters of frozen seafood distribution company Sea Products International.

Building Consultancy – Vax Limited: Two Colmore Square, Birmingham

Having been tasked with project managing the fit-out of a fifth-floor office in Birmingham city centre, the building consultancy team negotiated costs, oversaw a tender for furniture suppliers and specification strategy and monitored the entire process from start to finish.

Harris Lamb have acted on behalf of Imperial Commercials Ltd in both the 2010 and 2017 rating lists, during which time the client has seen significant growth in its property holding.

Building Consultancy – Units 1-3: Vale Industrial Estate, Kidderminster
