Acting on behalf of a private client, Harris Lamb’s Investment team negotiated the purchase of Bridgestone Tyres headquarters in Leamington Spa for an undisclosed seven-figure sum.

With an asking price of £2,750,000, the 13,716sq ft property on Tachbrook Park is let to Bridgestone UK Ltd on a Full Repairing & Insuring lease passing rent is £220,000 per annum. The lease has an expiry date of September 2027, with a tenant only break option on 28 September 2022.

In addition to its established client on a long-term lease, the building also benefitted from planning permission for a two-storey extension of 4,606 sq ft together with an additional 24 car parking spaces at the site.
