Further to planning permission being awarded to the owners of Cleton Business Park for a car park extension to the front of the park, and the construction of a new at the site, the building consultancy team was appointed to oversee the contract.

Works comprised of the building of a warehouse and overseeing its internal fit-out, along with first-floor mezzanine offices. The team also oversaw the relocation exercise of equipment.

Tight timescales dictated the contract due to the site moving from leasehold to freehold, necessitating an eight-week completion for the whole project.
