Further to the vacation of three industrial units at Vale Industrial Estate, the Building Consultancy team was tasked with conduction an inspection of all properties subject to the tenancy agreement, and recovering fees from the tenant.
Having inspected the site against to the inventory and vacation terms and conditions, the team successfully pursued dilapidations costs of £135,000 on behalf of the client.
