Retail – Kings Park: Shrewsbury

Acting for Morris Property, Harris Lamb’s Retail team was instructed to market a 1.5-acre design and build opportunity at Kings Park, Shrewsbury.

With the site set heart of the town’s car showroom and commercial centre, Harris Lamb approached suitable occupiers suitable to take on such a pivotal location within an established automotive retail region.

The business went on to secure leading dealership Pendragon PLC, overseeing the £750,000 sale for a brand new showroom at the site.

Having secured a conditional sale the purchaser secured planning consent and developed the site to create a new Evans Halshaw dealership.
