Tata’s Round Oak site was identified the property as being over assessed. Harris Lamb submitted an appeal to the Valuation Office Agency against the 2010 Rateable Value.
Following a period of negotiations and the preparation of a statement of case the Valuation Office agreed to reduce the assessment. This reduced the client’s ongoing charge and triggered a refund from the billing authority.
