HARRIS LAMB INSTRUCTED TO LET SPECULATIVELY BUILT 38,000 SQ FT UNIT AT WORCESTER SIX

Harris Lamb are instructed to let a speculatively built high-specification industrial unit at one of Worcestershire’s premium business locations.

Construction on Cabot 38, a 38,000 sq ft warehouse at Worcester Six Business Park, has now completed, and the unit is ready for immediate occupation.

Charles D’Auncey, of Harris Lamb’s Commercial  Agency team, said: “Worcester Six needs no introduction. More than 850,000 sq ft of employment space have been delivered or committed to across the scheme in recent years, with occupiers attracted to its prime location directly off Junction Six of the M5 motorway and the specification of the buildings at the park.

“This particular building is a speculative development to help fulfil the appetite for high quality industrial buildings, and offers a 10m haunch height, four level access doors, 35m-45m yard, 26 parking spaces and four electric vehicle charging spaces, all located within a secure, landscaped site with excellent public transport links. The building has been constructed to an Energy Performance A rating with a large power supply.

“We have high interest levels in Cabot 38. Worcester Six is one of the most in-demand employment destinations within the Midlands and this is the only speculative unit available, with the majority of buildings at the park having been built to suit,” he added.

Recent occupiers at the site include Alliance Flooring, which has taken occupation of a 180,000 sq ft bespoke unit and ZwickRoell, which relocated its UK headquarters to the park further to the completion of its 19,849 sq ft purpose-built office.

When complete, Worcester Six will provide over 2 million sq ft of employment floor space in a unique business environment.
