HARRIS LAMB OVERSEES £95,000 REFURBISHMENT AT COLMORE ROW OFFICE BUILDING

Harris Lamb’s Building Consultancy team has overseen a refurbishment at a prime office building in Birmingham city centre.

Theproject at 1 Colmore Row involved an extensive overhaul of communal areas at the property, carrying a completed price-tag of £95,000.

Marcus Andrew, of the Building Consultancy team, was responsible for the refurbishment, and said: “Located within the Colmore Business District, the 44,000 sq ft office is one of the city’s premium business addresses, and as such, the former landlords instructed us to oversee a Grade A refurbishment at the site.

“This involves works to the stair cores, reception, mezzanine, corridors, basement and floor lobby areas.

“Included within the remit was new flooring, new lighting and redecoration throughout to ensure the building’s high-specification status was maintained,” he added.

The project was delivered within budget and within the allocated timescale.
