HARRIS LAMB INSTRUCTED ON HIGH SPECIFICATION SITE IN STOKE

Commercial agents at Harris Lamb have been instructed to let or arrange a sub lease assignment of Garner Street, Stoke-on Trent.

A 7.18-acre best-in-class site located immediately adjacent to the A500/A53 interchange at Etruria Roundabout, Stoke-on-Trent, the facility offers superb access to the national motorway network, with junctions 15 and 16 of the M6 both lying less than ten minutes away.
