HARRIS LAMB INSTRUCTED ON HIGH SPECIFICATION SITE IN STOKE
Commercial agents at Harris Lamb have been instructed to let or arrange a sub lease assignment of Garner Street, Stoke-on Trent.
A 7.18-acre best-in-class site located immediately adjacent to the A500/A53 interchange at Etruria Roundabout, Stoke-on-Trent, the facility offers superb access to the national motorway network, with junctions 15 and 16 of the M6 both lying less than ten minutes away.

The former industrial site was refurbished and developed into a purpose-built industrial open storage and truck stop facility to a high specification and provides 98 trailer bays, 42 tractor unit bays, and 110 car parking spaces.
Harris Lamb, along with joint agents CBRE, have now been instructed to sublet the property.

Mike Burr, of Harris Lamb’s Stoke office, said: “This is an exceptional site. Security is paramount, with the whole area surrounded by perimeter fencing and security barriers at access and exit offering Automatic Number Plate Recognition.
“The facility comprises of a 29,400 sq ft Vehicle Maintenance Unit (VMU) fully kitted out with LED lighting, inspection pits, brake rollers, four 10-tonne gantry cranes, a covered vehicle wash; and petrol/ad-blue tanks, and a further 1,549 sq ft of office space.
“The current lease is for 15 years, expiring in February 2039, and we are now looking to assign that, or sublet the property on new terms. The facility is ready for immediate occupation, and its specification and location make it a prime logistics solution. We anticipate significant interest from prospective occupiers keen to take on the lease,” he said.
