HARRIS LAMB OVERSEES THREE-YEAR REDDITCH LETTING TO SPECIALIST MEDIA FIRM

Harris Lamb has overseen the letting of a Redditch industrial unit to publishing and content company Immediate Media.

The company has taken a three-year lease on the East Moons Moat Industrial Estate unit as it expands its Midlands operation.

Alex Eagleton, who oversaw the letting, said: “Further to making the transition from publishing into television with the acquisition of TV shopping channel Jewellery Maker two years ago, Immediate Media took on a unit on the Trafford Industrial Park close to the channel’s Studley base.

“Having renewed their lease at the site with ourselves, we found that they were seeking an additional site in the region for further storage.

“Acting on behalf of a local property company, we approached Immediate to discuss the potential of this unit on Palmers Road. At 5,697 sq ft, with a service yard, car parking and in close proximity to the Trafford Park site, it fulfilled the business’ requirements and they quickly signed the lease to secure it,” he added.

As a business, Immediate Media reaches more than 18 million UK consumers a month and is home to internationally famous brands including Radio Times, BBC Gardeners’ World, BBC Good Food, olive and MadeForMums.

The company has additional premises in London, Manchester, Camberley and Bristol and employs more than 1,300 people.
