Work on a £2million redevelopment programme at a Minworth commercial estate is complete, with paint manufacturer Dulux announced one of the latest new occupiers at the site.

Commercial Building consultants at Harris Lamb were instructed on behalf of clients of CBRE Global Investors to oversee the speculative refurbishment of five units at Minworth Trade and Industrial Park, bringing them in line with modern trade counter and industrial units on the otherwise fully let estate.

With work now complete, the business’ Agency team anticipates that the estate will swiftly reach full capacity.

Neil Slade, Director, said: “Prior to completion of the refurbishment, Dulux secured a pre-let of a 5,000sqft unit on a long-term lease, and with the final part of the Estate now having been refurbished to an ‘as new’ standard, the remaining two trade units are attracting high levels of interest from potential occupiers keen to capitalise on its strong reputation. This is prior to the recent letting of unit J1-2 on the Park to Ceramic Detailing Ltd.

“In addition to the trade units, we also have newly refurbished industrial units of 7,500 – 12,000sqft ready for immediate occupation on the industrial element of the Estate and where we have since let a double-unit of 17,000 sqft to Ceramic Detailing Ltd, who specialise in high-end finishing and detailing of motor vehicles”
