Head of Retail David Walton said: “We identified the unit at Marylebone some months ago, and secured the unit via competitive bidding. The unit is located on the station forecourt and is occupied on a temporary basis while the fit out is finalised and planning obtained. It is an excellent location enjoying a massive amount of footfall.

The Meadowhall unit is located in the Oasis food court, with the team identifying the opportunity and negotiating terms on behalf of Wrapchic.

David added: “To secure this prominent location, we met with British Land, the landlord, and explained what our clients could offer in terms of a showcase unit in their centre. They were excited by the concept and the quality of the product.

“The business is rapidly expanding, having also started work on its first international outfit, in Dubai, earlier this year. Wrapchic has now secured units in a number of the top UK shopping centres with the assistance of Harris Lamb, and we look forward to securing further sites for them; perhaps in Marbella or Mauritius…”
