PRIME STOURBRIDGE OFFICE GIVEN POSH NEW LEASE OF LIFE AS SELLERS SECURES WEDDING SUIT BUSINESS AS NEW OCCUPIER

Sellers Chartered Surveyors have let a well-known Black Country building to a wedding suit hire specialist.

The 1,308 sq ft property, 64 Hagley Road in Stourbridge, which served as the headquarters for The Lee, Shaw Partnership estate agents’ chain for more than 40 years, became vacant last year, with the Sellers team instructed to take the site to market.

The opportunity has now been snapped up by the UK’s leading wedding suit supplier Peter Posh, which is set to launch its eighth showroom at the site.

Matthew Pearcey, who oversaw the deal, said: “A prominent building on Hagley Road with parking, this double fronted property lies within easy walking distance of Stourbridge town centre, it attracted a great deal of interest from potential occupiers.

“The business has invested in a first-class refurbishment to bring the showroom in line with its other locations, and is set to open to the public imminently,” he added.
