WEST BROMWICH INDUSTRIAL SITE PLACED ON THE MARKET
A Black Country industrial site has been placed on the market with a £1.5 million price-tag.
Joint agents Harris Lamb and TDB Real Estate anticipate a speedy sale as investors and potential occupiers alike look to capitalise on the shortage of industrial premises within the region.
