Harris Lamb’s Commercial Agency team has let a Droitwich office to a recruitment firm as it looks to expand in 2023.

The business was instructed by landlord Cameron Homes to let the detached 4,530 sq ft office on George Bayliss Road to new occupiers following the developer’s relocation from the building.

The property, St Gregory’s House, has recently been refurbished, and is split into three separate spaces across the building of 967 sq ft, 836 sq ft and 2,727 sq ft; the first of which has now been let to a Droitwich-based recruitment specialist on a five-year lease.
