Harris Lamb and CBRE have been instructed to lease a substantial warehouse just off junctions 4 & 5 of the M54 in Telford.

The 121,941sq ft industrial warehouse building, located on Stafford Park 7, is set on a site of more than six acres with car parking for around 150 vehicles.

Due to be fully refurbished, the building benefits from an internal haunch height of 5.84 metres, 10 dock level loading doors and 4 ground level loading doors.
