Harris Lamb is marketing a freehold warehouse site in Willenhall further to the relocation of security firm ERA.

ERA is expected to move into its new manufacturing, R&D and distribution headquarters at i54 in Wolverhampton in October and has instructed the agents to sell its existing freehold site on Straight Road.

Charles D’Auncey, Director, said: “With the imminent fit-out and relocation to i54, Harris Lamb is now marketing the 62,000 sq ft site in readiness for ERA’s vacation of the site.

“Occupying a prominent position within 2.5 acres, the secure, ring-fenced site benefits from several access points. It offers excellent transport links to the rest of the UK, being located less than two miles from Junction 10 of the M6, making it an ideal location for a manufacturing and distribution hub.

“While the property is currently being used as a manufacturing facility, the site has the potential to subdivide or redevelop and is suitable for alternative uses subject to planning permission, and would suit owner-occupiers, property companies or investors seeking an opportunity to maximise on the continuing high demand for industrial stock within the Black Country,” he added.
