BUILDING PRODUCT SPECIALISTS SIGN TEN-YEAR LEASE AT BIRMINGHAM WAREHOUSE

Agents at Harris Lamb have let a 15,000 sqft Birmingham warehouse to a building materials firm on a 10-year lease.

The letting of Unit 4 Bromford Central takes yet another popular West Midlands industrial estate to full capacity.

The warehouse at the Bromford Lane estate was recently fully refurbished, and has been let to Demsun Ltd, a Turkish company specialising in manufacture of building products as a UK distribution hub for its range of products.

Neil Slade, of Harris Lamb’s Agency team, said: “The ongoing demand for quality industrial stock has prompted a number of landlords to invest significant sums into refurbishment projects at existing business parks to capitalise on the continuing requirement, and this 15,000 sq ft warehouse at Bromford Central is such a site.

“The landlord recognised the fact that with demand long having outstripped supply within the West Midlands, there was an opportunity to carry out a high-specification upgrade to properties at the site to market at an ‘as new’ condition.
