Chris Jones, Head of Residential Land for Harris Lamb, said: “We are delighted to have acted for Persimmon in securing these sales, which will see high specification homes in quality locations sold to WMHG.

“It is good to see an increasing number of quality and affordable options for those entering the housing market for the first time.

“These sites will go a long way to meeting WM Housing Group’s target of providing 500 new homes per year,” he added.

The properties, in Leamington ,  Rugby  and Coventry, are part of a substantial number of on-going sites in the Midlands being developed by Persimmon Homes.

Harris Lamb is also preparing to sell further land on behalf of a variety of clients, in Worcestershire, the Black Country, Birmingham, Warwickshire and South Staffordshire and Derbyshire.

Chris added: “With the need for more new homes across the UK remaining a high-profile issue, it is encouraging to see so much activity within the region to help fulfil that demand, for all types of housing”

With more than 30,000 homes across the West Midlands, WM Housing Group is one of the regions largest not-for-profit housing businesses.
