Ashley joined Harris Lamb’s Commercial Agency team in January 2024 having worked as a principal surveyor at Birmingham City Council. Having worked within the authority’s Property Asset Management and Income team since 2019, Ashley passed his APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) in 2023 to gain MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) status, and has worked and networked within the region for some years to gain skills and contacts that will prove valuable within the business.
