Senior Planner
Ed Simcox joined Harris Lamb’s Planning Consultancy department in May 2022 from Wychavon District Council, bringing extensive knowledge of residential and employment land projects to the team.
He brings extensive experience within the sector, having spent five years working at a consultancy level and a further three for the local authority.
Ed, who has a BSc in Geography and Environmental Management and a post-graduate diploma in Environmental and Spatial Planning, worked with the policy team to assist with the Strategic Housing and Employment Land Availability Assessment, and was attracted to Harris Lamb having worked with and determined a number of the business’ applications whilst working in Development Management for Wychavon District Council.
