Laura joined Harris Lamb’s Planning team in June 2025 bringing a wealth of public sector experience, having spent more than five years with Malvern Hills District Council, during which time she completed a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Birmingham.

Laura has thorough understanding of the planning process and its ever-changing legislation and policy, and is experienced at assessing a variety of planning applications, permitted development enquiries, and providing pre-application advice, as well as managing planning appeals and writing statements of case.

She now aims to secure Chartered status with the Royal Institute of Town Planning with the support of Harris Lamb’s in-house mentoring programme.
