Lauren joined Harris Lamb’s Planning team in July 2025, bringing both private and public sector experience.

She brings a wealth of expertise to the business, including the insight gained in preparing and delivering the Local Plan during her time as a Planning Officer at Three Rivers District Council, and her consultancy experience within the residential, commercial, renewable energy, defence and agricultural development sectors.

Lauren, who achieved a Masters degree in Planning, Policy and Practice from London South Bank University, has won several professional awards and became a Chartered member of the RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute) in 2023.
