Shontelle is well versed in working on small- and large-scale housing applications and community developments in sensitive environments.

With experience in both consultancy and developer sectors, she brings an understanding of key issues for developers and what steps need to be taken to drive schemes forward, and is keen to ensure residential development in both urban and rural settings works for both clients and local people to deliver sustainable development.
