Susan Boyd

Susan relocated to Birmingham from Leicestershire in February 2023 to join Harris Lamb’s Professional team, where she works alongside the Business Rates and Lease Advisory teams.
She brings a Masters degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading and prior experience from a Rating specific firm in the East Midlands. Whilst with Harris Lamb, Susan has achieved RICS Chartership and chosen to specialise in Business Rates. Her primary focus is on managing cases for industrial units throughout the West Midlands, alongside advising on office, retail, and specialist properties across England and Wales.
