HARRIS LAMB BRINGS SEVEN-STOREY OFFICE BUILDING IN BURTON ON TRENT TO MARKET
Commercial agents at Harris Lamb have been instructed to let a seven-storey office building in Burton-on-Trent.
Located in the heart of the town centre, Crown House was previously occupied by the DWP, and is available to let as a whole or in parts from April next year.
Andrew Groves, who is marketing the opportunity, said that with the office market having steadily improved over the past year, the location of the building and excellent access links to surrounding towns and the A38 was expected to attract good levels of interest.
