SANDYFORD PROPERTIES APPOINTS HARRIS LAMB ON NEWLY ACQUIRED CHESHIRE BUSINESS PARK
Harris Lamb, alongside Williams Sillitoe, have been instructed on a Cheshire business park further to the estate being acquired by Sandyford Properties.
Earlier this year, the multi-let industrial property company acquired seven units totalling 28,701 sq ft at Manor Point Trading Estate from a private owner and has tasked Harris Lamb’s Commercial Agency team with letting the last remaining unit at the site.
Located just one mile from Junction 18 of the M6, the well-appointed mixed-use business park in Holmes Chapel houses occupiers including Screwfix and Howdens, with the remaining opportunity benefitting from a three-phase power supply and dedicated loading and parking.
Mike Burr, of Harris Lamb’s Stoke office, said: “The acquisition of Manor Point was an excellent addition to Sandyford’s portfolio, complementing the business’ existing commercial properties in Cheshire, and we are delighted to have been appointed as agents on this opportunity.
“This particular property, Unit A2, has a 5,809 sq ft floor plate, an eaves height of 6.5m and a mezzanine floor, and benefits from a three-phase power supply, making it suitable for most industrial and commercial occupiers.
“The property also has ten dedicated parking and loading spaces, which, teamed with its close proximity to the M6, present a prime opportunity for potential occupiers seeking high-quality space and excellent UK access links,” he said.
Mike also was quick to highlight the further benefits that the scheme provides being located only within a short walk of the town centre.
“A growing service centre for the affluent Cheshire East area, Holmes Chapel is a rapidly growing town with 800 new houses consented, in construction or recently completed,” he said.
