SURVEYOR NICK EMPSON JOINS HARRIS LAMB’S COMMERCIAL AGENCY TEAM

Midlands property consultancy Harris Lamb has strengthened its award-winning Commercial Agency team with the appointment of Nick Empson, who joins the business as a surveyor.

Nick, who graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Real Estate in 2021, has since worked with Cushman & Wakefield gaining experience across various disciplines, including property management, valuation advisory, development consultancy and logistics and industrial agency, choosing to pursue the latter with Harris Lamb.

Nick completed his APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) in spring 2025 and is now an RICS chartered surveyor.

Nick said: “Since starting my career within the commercial property sector I have contributed to driving revenue growth through a number of different rotations, with a commitment to providing strong strategic advice and market analysis.

“I was attracted to Harris Lamb because of the business’s strong Midlands presence and excellent reputation, and the opportunity it presents to work across a diverse range of assets.”
