Yeeman joined Harris Lamb’s Business Rates team in October 2025, bringing a LLB Law degree from Aston University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University College of Estates Management, which she secured along with her RICS APC while working full time in a a previous role to become a Chartered a surveyor and Registered Valuer.

Having worked in the property sector since 2021 experiencing different disciplines including Valuation, Property Management and Corporate Estates Management, Yeeman wanted to focus on Business Rates, and with the 2026 Revaluation drawing closer, chose the business at a pivotal time.

Yeeman was drawn to Harris Lamb because of its strong presence in the Midlands and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals within the Rating team, working across a diverse range of assets.
