HARRIS LAMB APPOINTED TO MARKET NEW-BUILD TRADE COUNTER / INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT IN PERSHORE

Harris Lamb has been appointed as sole agents for a speculative development of five new industrial/trade counter opportunities in Pershore.

The business has been instructed by Crown House Developments Ltd to market Keytec East Business Park, a well-specified new-build development in a key strategic location with a practical completion date of May 2027.
