Suzi Marshall, of Harris Lamb, said: “This is a great opportunity for tenants to occupy an established commercial site on flexible terms. The property offers a combined accommodation of 39,500 sq ft over five separate buildings, including a retail showroom, storage buildings and single storey offices.

“The available space varies from 1,287 sq ft to 10,317 sq ft, and is suitable for a variety of uses, while the open yard areas range from one to four acres. Given the shortage of high quality commercial accommodation in the area, the flexible terms and the relatively low costs, we’re confident that there will be high levels of interest in this opportunity,” she added.
