Harris Lamb, working with Place Partnership Ltd, has let a prestigious Worcester city centre office on behalf of the City Council.

 Quikplan Limited has taken on the South Wing of Guildhall in Copenhagen Street on a three-year lease.

The business, which designs and supplies software for care agencies, now occupies just over 1,000sq ft in the Listed building.

“A self-contained property, the South Wing is set over two floors, comprising of five offices, a kitchen and bathroom facilities, overlooking Copenhagen Street itself. Quikplan was looking to locate to a central location to best allow it to service its UK customer-base, and the building, teamed with its access links, was exactly what was required.

“The business has taken on a three-year lease at £10,500 per year, and we’re very pleased to see a successful company moving to such a prestigious premises within the city,” she added.
