PERSHORE BUSINESS PARK WELCOMES TWO NEW OCCUPIERS
Commercial agents at Harris Lamb have secured two new occupiers for an industrial estate in Pershore.
Acting for landlord Space Industrial, the business’ Worcester-based team has let Unit 1 and Unit 21-23 at Keytec 7 Business Park to a tyre fitting specialist and an access equipment hire business, both of whom were seeking well-specified warehouse opportunities in an established commercial location.
Peak Platforms Ltd, a Cheshire-based business providing specialist access, plant, skips and welfare equipment hire throughout the UK, has signed a ten-year lease on Unit 21-23 Kempton Road at the estate, a 7,445 sq ft three-bay warehouse, while Wedo Tyres, which carries out emergency and non-emergency tyre fitting throughout the Midlands, has taken occupation of Unit 1, a 3,456 sq ft opportunity, on a five-year term.
Sara Garratt, who oversaw both lettings, said: “Keytec 7 Business Park is sited in an established industrial location offering high-specification buildings and excellent connectivity, fulfilling the requirements of both new occupiers.
“The estate benefits from convenient access links to the wider Midlands by way of the A44, while Pershore railway station is less than a mile away. The UK motorway network lies eight miles away, via Junction 6 of the M5.
“Peak Platforms was seeking a well-appointed Midlands facility to service its Midlands client-base and with three loading doors, an eaves height of 5.5m, dedicated parking and a large loading area, Unit 21-23, which also has integral offices, was well-suited to its needs.
“Wedo Tyres, which was previously based at the Martinbrook Farm Industrial Estate, required a larger unit to accommodate the company’s expansion. Unit 1, which has recently been refurbished and includes two-storey offices with customer car parking at the front, was well suited to support their growth.” she added.
Both businesses have now taken occupation at the site and only two opportunities currently remain available at the business park.
