STRONG DEMAND DRIVES HAT-TRICK OF DEALS AT QUEENSWAY INDUSTRIAL ESTATE
Harris Lamb’s Commercial Agency team has completed a hat-trick of lettings on a newly refurbished Stoke industrial estate with an excellent strategic location for UK logistics.
The business was appointed by Indurent earlier this year to oversee lettings at Queensway Industrial Estate, which offers a range of flexible warehouse solutions ranging from 2,288 sq ft to up to 45,662 sq ft.
Mike Burr, who is overseeing enquiries regarding the business park, said: “Since being appointed at the beginning of the year, we have seen strong interest in the estate thanks to its convenient location close to the A500, providing excellent access to Junctions 15 and 16 of the M6, its well-specified units and its supply of car parking spaces and secure storage compounds.
“We have now welcomed three new occupiers to the site, with wholesaler ImpexinnovationUK Ltd, having taken Unit 14D, at 3,570 sq ft, ceramics transfer specialists Bailey Decal taking occupation of Unit 14B, a 3,547 sq ft opportunity and manufacturer Northwood Food Machinery signing a lease on Unit 14C, at 3,552 sq ft.
Mike added: “Just three properties, Unit 7, 14E and 14G, now remain at the estate, each of which has been extensively refurbished to meet trade and warehousing/manufacturing needs.
“The units, which benefit from a clear internal height of 5.1m – 6.5m, electric roller shutter doors and integral office accommodation, are available individually or can be combined to create larger floor plates.”
Other occupiers at the site include Cars Refrigeration and Digraph Transport Supplies Ltd.
