HARRIS LAMB INSTRUCTED ON SANDBACH OFFICE OPPORTUNITIES

Commercial agents at Harris Lamb have been instructed on two prime Cheshire office properties as landlords capitalise on the spike in interest in the region from potential occupiers.

Further to high enquiry levels around industrial opportunities in Congleton and Crewe, the business has been tasked with letting two well appointed office properties in Sandbach and said that the region has become the commercial hotspot of choice for occupiers.

Mike Burr, of Harris Lamb’s Stoke-based Agency team, said: “The last couple of months has seen a real surge in enquiries from potential occupiers seeking both industrial premises and office space within Cheshire, citing national access links as a key factor.

“We have now been instructed on two office opportunities, both located in Sandbach, which offer convenient access to the UK motorway network by way of being positioned close to Junction 17 of the M6.

“Cheshire has become the commercial hotspot of choice this year, and we are expecting significant interest in these opportunities, which are a self-contained town centre premises and a modern Headquarters building with extensive parking,” he said.

The first of the two properties, 1 The Commons, is a self-contained first-floor office with a meeting room. With a floor plate of 2,594 sq ft, the office offers open plan accommodation with a partitioned meeting room and three sets of toilet facilities.

The property can be let in its entirety at 8,689 sq ft, split into suites from 181 sq ft, or let by a floor by floor open-plan basis.

Located three miles from the M6, the building has its own large car park.

The offices are the latest instruction in the area further to the business marketing industrial opportunities at Daneside Business Park in Congleton and Weston Business Park in Crewe last month.

Mike said: “Both of these opportunities are well appointed and benefit from access to good parking and a good specification, and we are already conducting viewings from interested parties and anticipate a swift take-up.

“Such is the demand for commercial premises of all sizes and uses within Cheshire that we are keen to add more properties to our books in order to fulfil it.
