SEB MARLEY JOINS HARRIS LAMB AS GARDEN CENTRE INVESTMENT AND RETAIL SPECIALIST

Harris Lamb has appointed a garden centre specialist to its team to advise on investment disposals, acquisitions and redevelopment throughout the sector.

Seb Marley joins as a Senior Surveyor specialising in retail and garden centre assets, working across both the Harris Lamb brand and that of its sister company Malcolm Scott Consultants, which was acquired by the business in 2016.

A commercial property specialist with a proven track record across the sector, Seb joins from London-based property consultants Harvey Spack Field, where he advised on a diverse range of institutional-grade retail and garden centre assets including the British Garden Centres portfolio.

He brings extensive experience across acquisitions, disposals and sale and leaseback opportunities, as well as concession leasing, redevelopment opportunities and asset enhancement.

We believe that he will prove a great asset to the business in providing strategic advice to support the UK garden centre sector with its growth and diversification plans,” he added.
