WEDNESBURY WAREHOUSE WITH CRANAGE PLACED ON INDUSTRIAL MARKET

Black Country surveyors Sellers have been instructed to let a Wednesbury warehouse with cranage and excellent UK access links.

The Kendricks Road property has cranage up to 25 tons capacity, a good power supply, an excellent working height with the potential for additional yard space.

Matthew Pearcey, who is overseeing the letting, said that with high-quality industrial stock within the region being in short supply, the business anticipates high levels of interest in this opportunity.

The 35,887 sq ft warehouse is available on a new full repairing and insuring lease with terms to be agreed, is being marketed at £150,000 per annum.

Matthew said: “While occupiers are keen to identify industrial opportunities within the West Midlands as a whole, there is a particular interest in those located close to the motorway network. Junctions nine and ten of the M6 are each less than three miles away from this warehouse.

“With opportunities of this size and specification within the Black Country being few and far between, we’re confident that this particular warehouse will attract a high number of enquiries,” he added.

Sellers was acquired by Midlands property consultancy Harris Lamb in October this year.
