Neil Slade, of Harris Lamb’s Agency team, said: “This is an opportunity to occupy good quality industrial space in the heart of the country at a time when demand for quality, well-appointed stock is at its peak.

“Formerly occupied by Specsavers, who has since relocated to its new manufacturing and distribution centre in the town, the three units have each undergone a full strip-out of fixtures and fittings, been redecorated and refurbished, while the external areas have been overhauled and improved including the roofs.

“The estate is two miles from Kidderminster town centre, mid-way between Birmingham and Worcester City centresand with easy access to the UK motorway network via junctions 3 and 5 of the M5,” he added.
