Sara Garratt, who managed the letting, said: “This is a great location for businesses. Immediately adjacent to Worcester Foregate Street train station, and just four miles away from the M5 motorway, the office has a central address close to all of Worcester’s amenities, and also benefits from parking, a rare benefit in the city.

“The remainder of the three-storey building is occupied by two estate agents and a solicitors, and we were tasked with letting the 1,493 sq ft offices to a suitable tenant.

“Well-appointed offices within the city centre are in high demand with businesses requiring a Worcester address, and Headturner Search was very quick to snap up the opportunity. The recruitment agency, which was established in 2015, occupied a different Foregate Street address and was looking to develop its operation and required more space.

“On finding out that this property was available, and so close to its previous site, it quickly agreed terms and signed a three-year lease.”
